Integration

Workbench has been designed to interface into accounting ledgers to provide customers with an integrated business management solution. The Workbench Financial Companies, Profit Centres, Cost and Revenue codes map through to the General Ledger with Customers and Suppliers mapping to Accounts Receivable and Payable. Workbench Timesheets are commonly exported to the incumbent payroll system.

Under this model Workbench becomes the primary source for most data entry, providing a real time operational management tool with an extensive range of configurable business rules.

To facilitate this integration Workbench deploys an Interface Database which manages the exchange of data between Workbench and external systems.
